| Catering at showsWe hope to have a professional catering caravan at each of our show, providing us with hot and cold food and drinks. No need to waste time making flasks and butties at some unearthly hour on a Sunday morning! |
Helping at showsAll shows run by O&DRC are put on by volunteers, without whom no events would take place. Any offer of help at any of our events is always welcome. In fact it is a condition of membership that you will help out at a minimum of one event in the year.
This need not prevent you from competing. Help is always appreciated in setting up at the beginning of the day or clearing away at the end of the day, but you must commit to at least half a day of your time.
To volunteer, contact the Help Coordinator before the day.
You need to make a note in your diary of the date you have agreed to help, but if you need to cancel for any reason, please contact the Help Coordinator to arrange an alternative dat to help.
Volunteer names are published in the Newsletter each month prior to the show date as a reminder. It is important that you fulfl your promise in the date you have indicated. |
Photography at showsPlease note that there will be a photographer at the shows. If you do NOT want to be photographed please let the photographer know on the day.
The photographs are taken on the day and that they are uploaded within 1-3 working days to a client gallery on their website. You can choose beautiful photos, canvases, framed prints or digital downloads at your leisure which are then sent direct to you.
They are also available for clinics, schooling sessions and other one to one portraits, of you and your horse at any location. .
